Preparation of this Accessibility Statement

The assessment of the website’s compliance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines (Level AA) was carried out:

  • by self-evaluation conducted by the management of symparastatis.gr and

Non-accessible Content

According to point (e) of paragraph 3 of Article 37 of Law 4727/2020, the content of third-party websites is exempt. This pertains to third-party websites accessible via links from symparastatis.gr. Also exempt are any document files (e.g., pdf, docx, etc.) produced by other entities and available on the website for download.

In case of an unsatisfactory response, the interested party is entitled to contact the competent institutional authorities, such as by submitting a related report to the Greek Ombudsman (www.synigoros.gr).

The implementation of symparastatis.gr was done by Ioannis Fytros in the context of participation in the tender process of the project WeOpenGov: Network of Civil Society - Public Bodies for Open Governance which is implemented within the framework of the Active citizens fund program, with the implementation body being the International Transparency Greece and partners the National Network of Technology and Research Infrastructures – EDYTE S.A. (GRNET) and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens / Research group Digital Media for Participation (EKPA dmPart).
